Who handles your data

The controller of your personal data is UAB Zangreta (company code 304404089, registered address Ukmergės g. 198-40, Vilnius), which runs SiŽan beauty studio, Ukmergės g. 198, Vilnius.

What we process and why

• Bookings. When you book through Treatwell, Treatwell handles your name, contact details and visit details and passes us what we need to provide the service. We use them to provide the treatment and to contact you about your visit (performance of a contract).
• Calls and messages. When you call us, or write to us by phone, Facebook or Instagram, we use what you send to reply and arrange your visit (steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest).
• Reviews. The site shows client reviews published on Treatwell and Google, with the name as the author published it (legitimate interest). If you would like your review removed from the site, let us know.
• Visiting the site. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors. Its hosting and security providers briefly process your IP address and browser data for technical reasons (legitimate interest in running the site securely).

Who receives data

• Treatwell, the booking system, which handles data under its own privacy policy.
• Google, for the map (shown only with your consent) and the fonts (Google Fonts), which your browser loads by sending your IP address.
• The site’s hosting provider and Cloudflare, to run and protect the site.
• Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep visit information for as long as it is needed to provide our services and for accounting, and no longer than the law allows. Once messages are no longer needed, we keep them for no more than a year after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it so you can pass it to another controller. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe your data is being handled wrongly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).
